Part of the human condition is that we can be in a safe space, and fear what is to come and we can feel the same emotions about an experience in the past

What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity and without judgement. It involves becoming aware of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surroundings, rather than becoming caught up in worries about the past or future.
Mindfulness does not require you to clear your mind or stop thinking. Instead, it encourages you to observe your experiences as they are, helping you respond more calmly and thoughtfully to life's challenges.
Why is Mindfulness Important for Health and Wellbeing?
Modern life can be busy, demanding and stressful. Mindfulness provides an opportunity to pause, slow down and reconnect with the present moment. Research has shown that regular mindfulness practice can support both mental and physical wellbeing.

Gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Continue for 2 to 5 minutes, gradually increasing the time as you become more comfortable.
